About Focus 80/20

We built COMPASS for
the work after the analysis.

Focus 80/20 is the company behind COMPASS and the practical discipline expressed in the product.

We believe 80/20 is most useful when it improves a decision, clarifies ownership, and changes how the business is managed.

Why COMPASS exists

A report does not change the business.

80/20 can reveal concentration and economic imbalance quickly. Acting on that evidence is a different kind of work.

Practitioners still have to decide which change is worth pursuing, state the expected value, name an owner, and review what happened. Those steps are often scattered across spreadsheets, presentations, project tools, and meeting notes.

COMPASS brings that work into one platform. It starts with analysis, but it is designed around the decisions and management routines that make the analysis useful.

What we built for

Practical work, with a clean thread.

COMPASS is intentionally organized around the work practitioners already do: analyze the economics, define the change, and review the outcome.

Reusable analysis

Save the setup and return to the customer, product, and profitability views without rebuilding them.

Explicit decisions

Record what is changing, why it matters, who owns it, and what should move.

Useful reviews

Read implementation progress alongside the economics that justified the work.
